Why "just post more" fails
More noise isn't a strategy. If every post is a different vibe with a different goal, your audience never learns what you're for. A plan gives people a reason to follow and a reason to come back.
The 5-post plan we run with clients
Five posts, five jobs. Rotate through them each week and you'll cover everything a follower needs to go from stranger to customer:
- Teach. Share one useful tip. Prove you know your stuff by being helpful for free.
- Relate. Name a frustration your customer feels. Make them think "that's exactly me."
- Show. Behind the scenes, a project, a result. Let people see the real humans and real work.
- Prove. A testimonial, a before-and-after, a win. Let someone else brag for you.
- Invite. Actually ask for the next step. Book, call, buy, subscribe. Permission to sell is built into the plan.
Consistency beats intensity. Five intentional posts a week will outperform a heroic burst of twenty that you never repeat.
Make it repeatable
The magic isn't the exact five, it's that you can run the same rhythm forever without staring at a blank screen. Batch a week in one sitting, schedule it, and get your evenings back. When posting has a purpose, the void starts answering.
